We offer our services for all types of deeds, such as: Buying and selling, mortgages, inheritances, donations, donations with succession agreements, work declarations, horizontal division, grouping, segregation, division, establishment of companies, social agreements (changes of administrators, registered office modifications, etc.), etc.
We basically offer the following types of services related to deed processing:
Advance preparation: We meet with clients to find out what their exact needs and intentions are, requesting the maximum information and documentation needed to calculate a complete budget on the total cost that the granting of such deed will imply, including notary fees, tax on property transfers and documented legal acts or the Inheritance and Gift Tax, the municipal capital gain, the property registry and the management company, as well as the repercussion this deed will have in the grantors Personal Income Tax or Non-Resident Income Tax. Then, we provide a draft with all the information or minutes to the notary in charge of writing the deed.
Help when signing before a notary: We accompany the clients when signing the deed before a notary, in order to verify that what is being signed is what has been previously agreed.
Subsequent processing of the deed: It involves collecting the notarial deed a few days after signing, settling the relevant taxes, registering it in the land registration or in the commercial register, verifying the correct registration and submitting the relevant declarations in the Land registry, where appropriate.
